If you are looking for quality un-pampered PTIC HBR registered AI bred Stud Females, Alumy Creek Angus heifers and cows will work for you. Joining sires this year included Basin True Grit, Deep Creek Square Deal, Yon Saluda, EZAR Step Up, Virginia Tech Statesman and Connealy Craftsman as well as walking sires Bulliac R65, Ben Nevis Sanctum S264 & Alumy Creek Entice T084. These are heifers were selected to retain but the change from a good season to very dry here locally meant these females were offered for sale. SALE REPORT UPDATE: We had a sale clearance of 45 / 58 lots offered with a sale top price of $5000 for Lot 20 Alumy Creek Trilogy V058 by LT Converse PTIC AI to Basin True Grit.
Sale averaged $3100 over the 45 lots with the heifers selling from Dalby Qld, down to the Hunter Valley NSW to a mix of new and repeat buyers.
We offered 60 lots, including:
• 50 joined HBR stud U heifers
• 10 proven young PTIC stud U cows
The females on offer by proven leading global AI sires such as Connealy Craftsman, EZAR Step Up, Virginia Tech Statesman, Woodhill Patent, Mogck Entice, LT Revered, LT Converse, KCF Bennett Exponential and Sydgen Bonus.
2026 joining sires include the $500K Connealy Craftsman, Virginia Tech Statesman (by Tehama Patriach), Yon Saluda (sire of $107K Yon Southern Rock), EZAR Step Up (sire of $200K Basin Keystone), Deep Creek Square Deal (Myers Fair-N-Square), Basin True Grit (sire of $112K Basin True Value) with our backup walking sires.
These are quality, big fertility and longevity females raised tough under commercial conditions at Tenterfield to thrive in environments across the country. They come with full TACE EBV data, DNA genomic sire verified, tested Pestivirus PI negative, and are fully vaccinated 7-in-1, Pestigard, and 3-Day with JBAS 7. All carry freeze brands for easy ID are quiet well-handled cattle used to being worked by dogs, bikes and on foot and are free to travel to all states.
The sale included 8–12 generations of top global Angus genetics, selected for fertility, structure, and temperament. Previous buyers have been impressed with the performance of our females in their new homes across South Australia, Victoria, NSW and Queensland.
